Thank you for being here. A little about me and my story. 

To start, I'm Betty's mum and Tony's wife. I'm a daughter, a sister and a friend. I'm a founder. I'm a multiple award-winning leader, career mentor, regenerative brand strategist and conscious business consultant.

These are all of my labels and the people I call home.

But at my essence, I'm a witness to it all. And thanks to Offline's community, I feel useful. 

I started my career at The Walkley Foundation for Excellence in Journalism before going on to lead and launch some of the world's largest digital women's media titles into the Australian market.

It was in this role that I began to explore my essence. My True Self. I'd always been spiritually curious but for most of my professional life, I thought I had to hide that part of me. I was scared that if I led my teams and wrote our strategy from that place, that I'd be mocked.

So instead, I did what many of us do. . . I outsourced my knowing. I led like I was taught to, and I grew our audiences through content strategies that fed this idea that we're not enough. That we don't know enough. That we need more, more, more.

And then one day, I just couldn't do it anymore. I could no longer use my unique gifts to serve those outdated and unsustainable ideals of success. I could no longer pretend I was someone I wasn't. So I quit. Hardest thing.

That was in 2018 and shortly after I launched the now-acclaimed Offline, The Podcast. I never let myself imagine it could be more than one season — more than a series of honest conversations about True Self that I believed needed to exist. But thanks to Offline's loyal community of listeners, here we are. Over 1.4 million downloads, a sell-out national tour and my very own methodology for what I call True Self Success.
